The Static Ryder of Brume

The Static Ryder of Brume is a one of a kind vehicle used by the high priests of the floating continent.
Brume is a dusty place. Some of this "dust" is just that, but there are also many nano machines amongst the natural particles.
Because the continent often flies over the surface of another planet, Brume also generates large amounts of static electricity.

The front wheel of the Static Ryder stirs up this charged "dust" on the road.
The vent behind the wheel sucks in the particles.
They then go into a vortex where their positive and negative electric charges are absorbed by the ship for fuel.
The de-charged particles are exhausted out of the three tubes at the back of the ship,
discarded high into the air so they have a better chance of getting recharged.

Dust storms are common on the floating continent of Brume, so the Static Ryder is equipped with a protruding "eye"
that can see all spectrums of light through all forms of matter.

I took some serious liberties with his concept. I hope he doesn't mind.
