The Colossus Hub is a powerful piece of terraforming equipment left over from the Rodinian colonial period.
Elysian scientists are attempting to restart the ancient facility in the hopes of healing some of the damage caused to the planet during the war.
Among it's reputed powers are: weather control, sea level change and possibly tectonic energy redirection aka earthquake control.
